It is hereby understood and agreed by you that your continued use of this DPL Site following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes.

From time to time, DPL provides links to related sites for your convenience ("Linked Sites"). We do not review or endorse Linked Sites in any way whether or not DPL is affiliated with the sponsors of a site. Submissions to DPL
You may only use DPL Sites and their contents for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable law and you are prohibited from storing, distributing or transmitting any unlawful material through DPL Sites. You may not collect or store personal information regarding other users. You recognize that storing, distributing or transmitting unlawful material could expose you to criminal and/or civil liability. You agree that if a third party claims that material you have contributed to DPL Sites is unlawful, you will bear the burden of establishing that it is lawful. You understand and agree that all materials publicly posted (other than by DPL) or privately transmitted on or through DPL Sites are the sole responsibility of the sender, not DPL, and that you are responsible for all material you upload, post or otherwise transmit to or through DPL Sites.
Any notes or message board postings, concepts, ideas, suggestions, or other material submitted to us will become the property of DPL and DPL shall be entitled to use such material for any type of use forever, including in any media whether now known or hereafter devised. You agree that any submission you make to us is original with you and accurate. You agree that you will not submit or otherwise publish through the DPL Sites any content, or act in any way, which in DPL's opinion:

(9) disregards any policy or term established from time to time regarding use of DPL Sites or any networks connected to DPL Sites; or

We are not responsible for any material posted on the message boards or in the chat areas conducted on the DPL Sites. We will cooperate with any law enforcement authorities and comply with any judicial order requesting or requesting that we disclose the identity of anyone posting materials in violation of any applicable federal, state, or local laws. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to remove or disable access to any material posted on or to our site, including without limitation material posted by you to an DPL Site message board or chat room if we believe that material violates any of the above policies or infringes any intellectual property rights. Furthermore, if we believe in our sole discretion that you have violated any of the terms of these Terms of Use, including specifically but without limitation by posting or providing links to material which infringes intellectual property rights, we reserve the right to terminate your access to the DPL Sites.

Applicability of DPL Materials
Unless otherwise stated, the DPL Materials and Content are presented solely for the purpose of Entertaining users of this site in the United States and its territories, and for promoting programs, films, and other products. The DPL Sites are controlled and operated by DPL from its offices within the State of California. We make no warranty or representation that the DPL Materials are appropriate or available for use in other locations outside the United States. Indemnification

TERMINATION
These terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate these terms at any time by discontinuing use of all DPL Sites and destroying all materials obtained from any and all such sites and all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under the terms of these terms or otherwise. Your access to any and all DPL Sites may be terminated immediately without notice from us if in our sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease use of the DPL Site and destroy all materials obtained from such site and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of these terms or otherwise.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without regard to its provisions regarding conflicts of law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal, state, and local courts located within the State of California. If any provision of these Terms of Use is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of any other provision. These Terms of Use set forth the entire agreement regarding all of the matters discussed herein. Because these Terms of Use are subject to change and you will be legally bound by such changes, you should periodically visit this section to review the current Terms of Use. All forums/message boards have a disclaimer stating that DLP retains the right to control conversations through our message boards. By this we mean controlling profanity, extreme erotica, illegal use, etc. By using our forums/message boards, you are voluntarily giving us the right to publicize contents of your interactions. Please do not use our forums/message boards if you do not wish your interactions to be public.
Periodically we may ask you to vote through a poll, or we may run a promotional sweepstakes and/or contact -- participation is completely voluntary. Information gathered is utilized for statistical purposes.

Unsubscribing
It is possible for you to use much of our site without giving us any PII. If you request or agree to receive information from DPL, such as if you sign up to receive a film newsletter or to receive information about other DPL movies, and except as specifically disclosed on the registration form or otherwise on the web site, you may let us know that you no longer wish to receive such information by unsubscribing from the communication. DPL takes technical, contractual, administrative, and physical security steps to protect all visitors' information, including limiting access to the PII contained on our servers. When you provide credit card information, we use, industry standard, secure socket layer (SSL) encryption to protect it. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. DPL cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to DPL and you do so at your own risk. There are some things that you can do to help protect the security of your information as well. For instance, never give out your password, since this is what is used to access all of your account information. Also remember to sign out of your account and close your browser window when you finish surfing the Web, so that other people using the same computer won't have access to your information.
